FAQs

Until when can I place an order?

To guarantee you receive your merchandise in February 2020, we advise you to order before the 31st of October 2019. We will be placing the orders in November for arrival of goods in January 2020.

Why do I only get my products in February 2020?

As we did not want to take the risk of over-stocking; we are having everyone order their HSL100 merchandise until the 31st of October 2019. Once we have all the orders in, we will make an final order with our suppliers.  

How do I get my products? 

All Singapore orders are to be picked up at the Hollandse School in February 2020.

International Orders (The Netherlands only) - 0-1 kg at $25, 1-2 kg at $50, 2-4 kg at $75.

When can I pick up my products?

We have set a couple of dates in February 2020, where we will be inviting you to pick up your orders at the Hollandse School

Memory Board return policy

The artist's prints are ‘made to order’ for each customer – please make sure you are happy with your choice as she cannot refund or exchange prints once they have been made up for you. The artist's prints are delivered in good quality protective wrapping to the Hollandse School for you to collect; the inspection of the piece will be done when you come and collect it.

What happens if I do not love the item I ordered?

If you're not in love with your item, please email us at hsl100collection@hollandseschool.org and we will evaluate your issue and come up with the best solution for you and us. Your items will need to be in its original condition and packaging.


What if my product looks slightly different from the website?

All photos shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement.

What happens if I receive items that are faulty or incorrect?

Inspection of your goods will be done when you come to collect at the Hollandse School. If your product becomes faulty during normal usage, you will need to contact us so that we can replace your product.

How can I pay for my items?

All payments need to be made at checkout using your credit card or Shopify pay. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Are my bank details safe with you?

Yes, very. As mentioned above, our site utilizes Shopify pay and is extremely secure.

Can I order by telephone? 

No, all orders have to be done via our online store: HSL100Collection.com

Can I order if I live abroad?

Currently, we only allow orders from Singapore and The Netherlands.

If you do not reside in Singapore or The Netherlands, please email us at hsl100collection@hollandseschool.org with your request and we work with you to accommodate your order and ship it to your destination. 

Those items for shipment to countries outside of Singapore may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
